Bellann Hollingbury

Bellann is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly which is a national organisation whose members are committed to providing high quality and effective legal advice for older people, their families and carers.  She specialises in Court of Protection work (including all aspects of Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney and applications for a “deputy”).  She provides advice and assistance on elderly client matters such as nursing home arrangements and protection of assets.
As a member of the Trusts and Estate Planning Department she is also experienced in will drafting and all aspects of probate applications as well as estate planning and the setting up and administration of trusts.
Bellann has a first class law degree and qualified as a solicitor in 2000 after a change of career.  She joined HMG LAW from a Wiltshire law firm in 2008.
