Michael joined the firm in 2007 having qualified as a solicitor in 2000. Prior to joining us he practised in a City of London firm and later with a substantial Reading practice.
He has extensive experience in all areas of commercial property law, including landlord and tenant matters, property development, freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, property finance, property asset management portfolio work and advising on the property aspects of corporate sales and acquisitions.
His work includes acting for businesses in their acquisition and subsequent management of premises, residential developers, investors and on the roll-out programme for the fastest growing chain of charity shops in the UK.
