Staff at HMG Law undertook firmwide mental health training on 4th December 2019, kindly provided by Oxfordshire Mind.

Everyone was told about common mental health problems that can be encountered in the workplace, as well as recognising those same signs in ourselves and those around us every day. The session encouraged an open and honest discussion about a wide range of mental health topics, both personal and professional.

The day was thought provoking and engaging. Simply discussing mental health and being alive to the issues that everyone can face, is a big positive step forward.

One in four people experience a mental health problem at some point in our lives. If you’re struggling, you can find help.
