Fixed-Fee Wills

We offer fixed-fees on our wills to make the process for you as clear and transparent as possible.

Information on our Services

A Single Will for an Individual

The price is based on a total time of 2.5 hours required from taking instructions to the signing of the will. If the actual time spent exceeds this, we reserve the right to charge extra at an hourly rate for the extra time required up to the signing of the will.

£400 plus VAT

Mirror Wills for a Couple

£600 plus VAT

In addition to our fees for the will(s), we also charge an administration fee of £45 plus VAT to cover the cost of storing the file and any original documents.

A Single Will for an Individual

The price is based on a total time of 5 hours required from taking instructions to the signing of the will. If the actual time spent exceeds this, we reserve the right to charge extra at an hourly rate for the extra time required up to the signing of the will.

Mirror Wills for a Couple

£1,000 plus VAT

In addition to our fees for the will(s), we also charge an administration fee of £45 plus VAT to cover the cost of storing the file and any original documents.

If your affairs are extremely complicated, the price will depend upon your particular circumstances. The cost will be charged on an hourly rate on the basis of time taken. Your solicitor will provide you with a detailed costs estimate at your first meeting but as a guide, typical costs for this type of Will are:

A Single Will for an individual: £1,500 – £2,500 plus VAT

Mirror Wills for a couple: £3,000 – £4,000 plus VAT

In addition to our fees for the will(s), we also charge an administration fee of £45 plus VAT to cover the cost of storing the file and any original documents.

Husband and Wife or Co-habiting Couple	£550 plus VAT	£550 plus VAT	£1,000 plus VAT

There is a court fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian on registration of the LPA of £82 (no VAT payable) for each LPA. An LPA must be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian before it can be used, whether or not the donor has capacity.

In addition to our fees for the LPA(s), we also charge an administration fee of £45 plus VAT to cover the cost of storing the file and any original documents.
