Suzette is an enthusiastic and hugely knowledgeable Senior Associate and Licensed Conveyancer who has galvanised HMG’s residential property department in Bicester for almost 25 years. Having lived in the area all her life she knows Bicester inside out – a huge advantage in dealing with local properties and peculiarities.


Described by colleagues as happy, approachable and experienced, Suzette handles matters with a straightforward and friendly manner, and a large dose of common-sense. She builds up a valued relationship with clients, keeping them informed at every stage; “always answering e-mails promptly and calling people back whether there is anything positive to report or not.” She finds some clients, especially first-time buyers, need a bit more “hand holding”, and firmly believes that “common-sense gives a whole new perspective on things that at first seem insurmountable.” A self-confessed ‘people pleaser’, she prides herself on getting the results people want within their timeframe.


With this approach she has built up a loyal local client base who have instructed her time and time again, and recommended her onwards.
