Andy qualified as a family law solicitor in 2005. He specialises in dealing with financial matters arising from divorce or separation and with associated issues with arrangements for children.

 

He acts for a broad range of clients who are often medium to high net worth individuals including business owners, accountants, lawyers, doctors, sports stars, television personalities, members of the armed forces and the police.

 

Andy is known for the depth of his legal knowledge and his pragmatic approach to helping his clients resolve their matters. He is very good at explaining to his client’s what is possible and developing with them strategies to enable them to achieve good outcomes.

 

He is a member of Resolution (the solicitors family law association) and is a Resolution Accredited Specialist (Advanced Finance I and Pensions).

 

Outside of work Andy loves spending time with his partner and his 4 children and being outdoors. He is a very keen angler and in 2004 he won the Drennan Cup the highest award in freshwater angling. Andy has sat on the committee of the British Record Fish Committee (BRFC) which authenticates fishing records in the UK since 2007.
