Emma Bailie

Paralegal

Direct line:01865 255624

Emma is the tireless, talented paralegal on our Private Client team, joining us in 2021 after gaining a distinction in her Legal Secretary Diploma and experience at several local law firms.

Hardworking and thorough, Emma goes out of her way to understand how she can help a client, and prides herself on taking away stress and providing a sympathetic listening ear and words of comfort. As a result, clients regard her as helpful, compassionate, and communicative, working wonders with complex processes such as probate paperwork.

Emma says she’s learned so far never to be afraid of a challenge, and gets great satisfaction from knowing she is helping someone through a difficult time.

Emma loves the Oxfordshire countryside, and when she isn’t hard at work enjoys spending time with her family, her friends, and her cats.
