Stevyn is Head of the Litigation Department. He specialises in a mix of employment and commercial litigation work. His expertise is dealing with clients’ redundancy, compromise agreements, unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, TUPE and ACAS negotiations.
Stevyn is a keen and enthusiastic advocate and regularly appears in Court and Tribunals. As head of the Litigation department he oversees the firm’s divorce work and also represents clients on Family matters when appropriate.
He handles Court and other Tribunal representation for the Road Haulage Industry. He represents clients in the Magistrates Courts on Road Traffic Act offences.
Stevyn is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Thames Valley

Commercial Lawyers Association. He has been qualified as a solicitor since 1991 and joined the Firm in January 2008. He became a partner on 1st July 2010.
In his spare time Stevyn is the Chairman of Bicester & North Oxford Cricket Club and plays for the club regularly.
