Frank Collingwood is HMG LAW LLP's Director of Tax Planning. For 26 years he was a tax partner in a substantial Oxford firm of Chartered Accountants. He has wide experience in tax planning for individuals and businesses and is knowledgeable on international taxation and trusts.
As well as preparing tax returnsfor individuals, Frank offers proactive tax planning advice. He acts mainly for individuals planning to reduce the impact of inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax. His international expertise includes dealing with non UK residents and those with an Overseas Domicile: for both income tax and inheritance tax.
Frank is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is a past National President of The Association of Taxation Technicians and former Chairman of the Thames Valley Branch of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
